Hacienda La Capillaの歴史は、1895年に蒸留所が AcevesとCasillasの2つの有名なメキシコ人家族によって建設されたときに始まります。
アガベの栽培とテキーラの生産に人生を捧げたのは、主にドン・アントニオ「エル・アモ」アセベスでした。それ以来、アガベの栽培は常に彼らの主な活動であり、エル アモ プレミアムは、そのアガベに独特の風味と香りを与える地域であるハリスコ州「ロス アルトス」の高地から慎重に栽培され、選択されたアガベから常に恩恵を受けてきました。

The history of Hacienda La Capilla begins way back in 1895 when the distillery was built by two famous Mexican families of Aceves and Casillas.
It was primarily Don Antonio “El Amo” Aceves, who devoted his life to the growing of agave and the Tequila production.
Ever since then, growing agave has always been their principle activity and that's how El Amo Premium has always benefited from carefully grown and selected agave from the highlands of Jalisco “Los Altos”, the region that gives the unique flavor and aroma to its agave.
This tequila is elegantly classic, balanced blend of refined flavors of agave, vanilla and almond. And makes soft and delicate its way into the palate, with the light hints of spices, enduring on the palate with a very special touch.
