Abbaye des Rocs（vol.alc.9%）は純粋な麦芽ビールであり、砂糖(キャンディシュガー等)は添加されていません。すべての味わいは二次発酵と直接関連し、考え抜かれた用量の7種類もの麦芽から生み出されます。その色は深みのある濃いルビー色で荘厳です。味わいは濃厚で繊細さにあふれています。タンニンがなくとも赤ワインのような色や印象を持っています。ほのかに甘い香りが漂う非常に強い香りが広がります。口に含んだ瞬間の第一印象を裏付けながらも、深い苦味とフルーティーさがうまく調和した味わいです。驚くほど濃厚な風味が口の中いっぱいに広がります。焦げた木の香りはありますが、ローストしたタイプのモルトが含まれているにもかかわらず、焙煎されたような風味はまったくありません。口の中で濃厚でクリーミーな味わいが広がるため、余韻がとても長く続きます。苦味と甘味の傾向（成分にはありませんが）がより美しく競い合い、味わう人の最大の満足感へと戻ってきます。これは、私たちのテロワールの偉大なヴィンテージに分類される、深みがあり神秘的で非常に円熟したビールです。

Its color is Pope, deep ruby, and majestic. It has a rich and delicate taste. It's like a type of red wine, its commonality is that it's a wine without tannins. It produces a very strong sweetness. It confirms the initial impression of the first bite, but is wrapped in a rich but well-balanced bitterness and some fruity flavors. It liberates taste and develops an impressive flavor density. You can detect the smell of burnt wood, but there is never a tendency to bake it, even if it contains this type of malt in its composition. Due to its dense and smooth oral development, the aftertaste is very long-lasting. The trend of bitterness and sugar (although not present in their composition) is more competitive, but back-to-back, satisfying the taster. This is a deep, mysterious, and extremely mature beer, listed as one of Nott's premium wines.
