This Sacrament is a celebration of Sour Cherries and Raspberries. Aromas of freshly muddled berries and just a hint of oaky vanilla. The Sacrament opens with a burst of tartness from the cherries. Oak tannins and slight funk follows, ending refreshingly with a drawn out juiciness from the raspberries
