Green Flashの元醸造長であるChuck Silva氏が生み出した伝説の「Le Freak」を進化させたビール。フルーティーでスパイシーな香りを醸成するベルジャン酵母、ヤキマチーフ社のホップ、そしてカリフォルニア酵母を掛け合わした複雑な旨味。

グリーンフラッシュにて2007年にLe Freakを発売して以来、ベルギーIPAはビール業界では比較的新しいスタイルであり、このブランドもChuck Silvaによって確立された。Chuck Amokは2種類の酵母株と果物のフォワードホップの組み合わせを巧みに使用し、醸造責任者が2度の革新を行いました。ビール自体が美味しいし、いろいろなおいしい食べ物との相性もいい！
補足: Le Freak は、ブリュッセル ビア チャレンジ、ワールド ビア カップ、グレート アメリカン ビア フェスティバルで数多くの醸造メダルを獲得し、最近では 2015年にGAFBで金メダルを獲得しました。私たちはチャック アモックから素晴らしい成果が得られることを期待しています。
Chuck-Amok, a Belgian IPA, will be available on draft and in bottles at Silva Brewing on May 25th starting at 2pm. Belgian IPA is a relatively new style in the world of beer, since the introduction of Le Freak in 2007 which was also created by Chuck Silva. Chuck-Amok marks round two for innovation in this style for our Brewmaster with his skillful use of two yeast strains and a combination of fruit-forward hops. This beer is delicious on its own or great with a wide variety of flavorful foods.
 Side Note:　Le Freak went on to win numerous brewing medals in the Brussels Beer Challenge, World Beer Cup, and Great American Beer Festival with its most recent Gold Medal win at the GAFB in 2015. We expect great things to come from Chuck-Amok!
