2013年に設立され、委託醸造業者で始まりました。Behemoth初の単独商業醸造はTwistedHopで、初期段階で多大な支援をしてくれたMartinとLisa Bennettに深く感謝しています。私たちは過去数年間、TheTwistedHop、TheBeer Fountain（Hallertau/Liberty）、Kereru、BlackSands、StainlessBrewing、DeepCreek、8 Wired、BStudio、SteamBrewingなど、さまざまな場所でビールを醸造してきました。現在はオークランドのマウント・イーデンにあるDominionRoadの自社醸造所でビールを醸造しています。チームとビールの品揃えが拡大するにつれ、委託醸造パートナーがいなければ今の私たちは存在しなかったことを思い出します。過去8年間で、Behemothは350種類以上のユニークなビールを製造してきました（この数は毎週増えています）。その多くは少量生産の1回限りのビールです。ベヒモスは、常に新しいことに挑戦し、最高級の原料を使って高品質のビールを造っています。だからこそ、私たちベヒーモス ファミリーは、クラフトビールの楽しみを通じて、親しみやすいコミュニティを創ることを目指しています。ビールは、風味豊かで楽しいだけでなく、マスコットのチャーリーとその多彩な衣装で人々を笑顔にしたり、笑わせたりすることにも力を入れています。
Founded in 2013 Behemoth Brewing Company were contract brewers from the start with Behemoth’s first solo commercial brew being put down at the Twisted Hop, with big thanks to Martin and Lisa Bennett for helping so much at the early stages. We have brewed our beers at quite a few different places over the last few years; places including The Twisted Hop, The Beer Fountain (Hallertau/Liberty), Kereru, Black Sands, Stainless Brewing, Deep Creek, 8 Wired, B Studio, Steam Brewing and are now brewing our beers in our own brewery on Dominion Road in Auckland's Mt Eden! As our team grows, along with our beer selection, we remember how we sure wouldn't be where we are without our contract partners.
Over the last 8 years Behemoth has made over 350 unique beers (this number grows weekly); many of those having been small-batch, one-offs. Behemoth always loves trying new things while using top notch ingredients to make quality beers. This is why we, the Behemoth family, aim to create a hospitable community through the enjoyment of craft beer. Beers that are big, on flavour and fun, but also on making people smile or have a laugh with our mascot, Churly, and their varied attire.
