私たちのお気に入りの金曜シリーズ第3弾です。
これまでの2つは主にリフに焦点を当てていましたが、今度は王様の新しい服が登場。
大復活を遂げたのはOLD KING CLANCY 2022です。2017年初頭からメープルシロップを使ったビールの醸造を考えていました。そして2018年、多くの努力と先延ばしを経て、このメープルシロップバーレーワインがついに誕生し、それ以来、私たちはそれを手放すことができませんでした。そして2022年、ついに王様が装いを新たにして帰ってきました！
皆のお気に入りのウェブショップオーナー、トミヤによると、これは彼が初めて本格的なダークビールに出会ったうちの1つで、明らかにすぐに恋に落ちたそうです。そしてCANDY MANとともに、これが私たちの現代の定番ビールとして、ほぼ常に変わらない形で私たちと共にあることを、私たちはとても嬉しく、誇りに思っています。もちろん、学びと発展に終わりはありませんが、良い土台の上に築くのは本当に簡単です。
Our favorite Friday series is already here with its third chapter. In the previous two, the focus was on the riffs, now comes the emperor’s new clothes, the big comeback: OLD KING CLANCY 2022. In the beginning of 2017, we were already thinking about brewing a beer with maple syrup. After a lot of pushing things around and postponing, this Maple Syrup Barleywine was finally born in 2018 and from that point, we could never really let it go. In 2022, the emperor finally returned with a refreshed look.
According to our webshop hero Tomi, this was one of his very first encounters with more serious dark beers, which, of course, turned into love at first sip. And we’re just really happy and proud that, alongside CANDY MAN, this is the modern classic that has stayed with us in an almost unchanged form ever since. Learning and evolving never really stop for sure, but building on a solid foundation has always been the easy part
