ウベ・パッションフルーツ・ヘイジーIPAは、パッションフルーツ、ウベ（甘く土っぽい風味とピスタチオやバニラの香りが特徴の紫色のヤムイモ）、そしてトロピカルフルーツの香りが際立つホップをブレンドして醸造されています。

Stoke Series
Ube Passionfruit Hazy IPA is brewed with passion fruit, ube (a purple yam known for its sweet, earthy flavor and notes of pistachio and vanilla), and a cocktail of hops selected for their tropical fruit character. The beer pours a beautiful purple hue and showcases a vibrant and tangy passion fruit flavor with notes of coconut, mango, and pineapple. A hint of sweetness nicely balances the hops and fruit.
Our second Stoke Series release is almost here—and our Director of Brewing Operations, Ryan, couldn’t be more excited about this one.
Expect juicy passionfruit, a smooth vanilla-like character from the ube, and light floral notes, all wrapped up in a vibrant purple haze.
Hopworks Brewing / ホップワークス醸造所
ホップワークスは、2007年にブリューマスターのクリスチャン・エッティンガーによって設立されました。彼は大学での最初の夏休みに両親のキッチンで醸造を始め、すぐに自分の醸造所を開くことを決めました。

Hopworks was founded in 2007 by our Brewmaster, Christian Ettinger. He started brewing in his parent’s kitchen during his first summer break in college and it didn’t take long to decide he would open his own brewpub.
Christian began his career at the Eugene City Brewery, where many of Oregon’s great brewers have had their start. He completed Intensive Brewing and Science and Engineering courses from the American Brewers Guild and was awarded the World Beer Cup Champion Brewmaster while brewing at Laurelwood Pub and Brewery in Portland.
